What I do for Mdee:
I look after the company, the team and our partners.
What I like outside of work:
I love travelling, reading, gardening and cooking and spending time with my friends and family.
What I do for Mdee:
I'm the PA to Tanny, our MD. I look after diaries and also support the internal sales team.
What I like outside of work:
I enjoy walking, socialising and listening to music.
What I do for Mdee:
I work with all departments within Mdee to ensure we offer the highest level of service to our partners.
What I like outside of work:
Outside of work, I like nothing more than spending quality time with my family and friends, making the most of my free time.

What I do for Mdee:
I work as a Business Development Executive.
What I like outside of work:
Outside of work, I’m into cars and F1, love trying new food, play the piano occasionally, and I’m slowly getting into golf when the weather’s on my side.

BT Support
What I do for Mdee:
I am part of the BT Team, and I support partners in the systematic collection of asset data. I love being part of the Team.
What I like outside of work:
I am a keen baker and all of my colleagues love the cakes I make. I enjoy nights out with my best friend socialising.
What I do for Mdee:
I am responsible for BT services for Mdee. My role is to help partners increase their sales of BTnet (leased line), BT Cloud Voice (VoIP) and Broadband.
What I like outside of work:
In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, going to the gym, walking and travelling.
What I do for Mdee:
I work as a Business Development Executive.
What I like outside of work:
I taught myself how to play some instruments and used to play in a band. I enjoy cooking - I'm improving my chicken pie recipe weekly! On Fridays and Sundays, I train with a dance crew.

I'm a Business Development Executive - Nationwide Accounts.
What I like outside of work:
I like socialising with friends and watching football. At weekends, I enjoy days out with my girlfriend, son & daughter.

What I like outside of work:
I'm a dad of three, which keeps me very busy. I'm a huge Nottingham Forest supporter and am proud to be a grassroots football coach.

I support partners to help win business on EE and maximise their earning potential.
What I like outside of work:
I am a mum to Roman. Also, step mum to Millie and Jack. I enjoy watching boxing and going to see comedy shows. I am a big foodie too and enjoy long walks.

What I like outside of work:
I enjoy going to festivals and concerts, watching horror movies, and going for walks and day trips. I have three cats..

What I like outside of work:
I love using the Peloton bike, walking my two dogs (Branston and Pickle), and watching Barnsley FC, along with any other football on the TV.

What I like outside of work:
I spend a lot of time with my family and friends outside of work. I have two cats called Gatsby and Fig. I’m a gym-goer, and I always have a gig or festival lined up.

What I like outside of work:
I am an avid sports fan and will watch anything I can, especially when it comes to Motor Racing and football, much to the dismay of my wife. One day I would like to go and watch the Le Mans 24 hours live, instead of just on TV. At the weekends I enjoy spending time with my family, getting out and about where possible and socialising with my friends.

What I like outside of work:
I love the sea, kayaking, boating and fishing. I live on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon and have twin girls aged 9, and a 13 year old boy who keep me busy outside of work.

What I like outside of work:
I am a freelance illustrator outside of my work at Mdee, specialising in character and book design. I'm an avid collector of cute stationery and homeware, especially Sanrio. I love experiencing new countries and cultures and want to see as much of the world as I can.

I look after SIM swaps, reports and issues for our larger accounts.
What I like outside of work:
I love watching Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+.

I help partners win and retain business.
What I like outside of work:
I am a conscious rapper, food enthusiast and a gamer.
Fulfilment
What I do for Mdee:
I listen to queries from different partners, processing their requests with the agents from IMC and solving any questions and problems they may have. I also release their commissions, and make sure all their orders get processed so that they can get shipped to their customers.
What I like outside of work:
Outside of work I love to play my piano and spend time with my siblings.
What I do for Mdee:
I am a Fulfilment Associate where I help partners with queries and orders and use the JEM portal to process tickets.
What I like outside of work:
I train in different dance styles such as Bharathanatyam, Street Dance and Kuthu and perform in showcases, concerts and competitions. I also do South Asian freelance modelling.
What I do for Mdee:
I look after retentions and compliance.
What I like outside of work:
I'm a mum to two beautiful girls. I enjoy family days out at local parks and at country houses. When I have the time, I enjoy cooking.
What I do for Mdee:
I process connections and upgrade requests and I resolve related queries for our business partners as part of the Fulfilment Team.
What I like outside of work:
I run a film club that organises public film screenings, which take place at cinemas in Nottingham. I like going to watch live music at local DIY/grassroots gig venues, and I also enjoy gaming and going to see art exhibitions.

I process connections and upgrade requests with the Connect Mee team.
What I like outside of work:
Enjoy music, reading, upcycling and creative projects.
What I do for Mdee:
Processing tickets, escalations and looking after the customer support inbox.
What I like outside of work:
I used to be a hair model, I have tattoos and I have a cat.
What I do for Mdee:
I'm part of the Fulfilment Team, where we efficiently process connections for our partners. I provide support and assistance whenever a partner raises a ticket with any request through to IMC.
What I like outside of work:
I enjoy going to the gym. I also love spending time with my family, playing evening games or attending gatherings with friends. I also love staying at home and watching movies or series.

I work in the fulfilment team as a Fulfilment Associate.
What I like outside of work:
I love to walk my 2 year old Springer spaniel called Cookie, love travelling, cooking and drinking wine!
My husband of almost 20 years is David, and we have 2 sons, Sam who is 17 and Toby who is 12, so they keep me busy.

I manage the fulfilment team, support partners with any esclations required for customer accounts, and run partner training for our JEM portal.
What I like outside of work:
I worked at Disneyland Paris, I am a member of a dance academy in Nottingham and regularly compete and perform around England. I'm a foodie, so I like to try out new restaurants, mainly local/independent ones.

I work in the fulfilment team as a Fulfilment Associate.
What I like outside of work:
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, long walks, watching crime dramas and spending time with my friends and family.

I am in the fulfilment team and we focus on processing connections for partners and helping out with any queries they have.
What I like outside of work:
When I'm not at work, I enjoy shopping, interior decorating, travelling, cooking, going to the gym and spending time with my family and friends.
Accounts
What I do for Mdee:
I process payments, answer queries, and my role includes finance and admin duties.
What I like outside of work:
Going to watch films at the cinema, socialising and walking are my hobbies.
What I do for Mdee:
My day-to-day activities consist of reconciling commissions and DAs.
What I like outside of work:
I mostly spend my time with family and friends, and when I’m not with either, I’m probably cooking/baking, reading, or drawing.
What I do for Mdee:
Dealing with Mdee accounts emails, invoices, stock request tickets and queries, and commission checks. I assist with SOTI orders and credit control.
What I like outside of work:
I'm a social classical sequence ballroom dancer, a Freemason and a casual gamer.
What I do for Mdee:
Financial planning and analysis, commercial sign-off on deals, managing the price guide and commissions.
What I like outside of work:
I enjoy travelling, gaming and will spend most days listening to music as much as I can.
What I do for Mdee:
I handle business partner payment runs, oversee credit control, handle Revshare claims and approve DA sign offs.
What I like outside of work:
I love going to festivals and seeing any kind of live music. I also enjoy running to try and keep fit.
What I do for Mdee:
I manage all things commissions related. This includes ensuring we have received all commissions from EE as well as that commissions to the partner are correct.
What I like outside of work:
I have four boys. I support Nottingham Forest FC and go to the home matches. I also support Trent Rockets in The Hundred cricket, I take my boys to the home matches at Trent Bridge and also go along to the finals weekend in London each year.
Stores
What I do for Mdee:
I purchase hardware, manage stock levels and tickets. I offer advice on available stock, arrange deliveries and generate inserts.
What I like outside of work:
Interests include LARP (similar to re-enactment), Formula E, theatre, Hammer horror and hiking.
What I do for Mdee:
I look after order dispatch, returns and cancellations.
What I like outside of work:
I like reading books on the way to work.
